1. Who we are
BuyerMatch.ai is operated by System Strats Group LLC, doing business as BuyerMatch.ai ("we," "us"). We operate https://buyermatch.ai, a platform that connects property sellers with independent third-party cash buyers. This policy explains what we collect, why, and who it is shared with.
2. Information we collect
When you request buyer matches we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, property address, and the property and transaction details you choose to share (such as condition, occupancy, price expectations, mortgage context, and timeline). We also collect standard technical data such as IP address and browser information for security and analytics purposes.
3. How we use it
We use your information to (a) match your property with cash buyers in our network, (b) share your inquiry with those matched buyers so they can contact you with offers, (c) provide seller support, (d) operate and improve the platform, and (e) market related products and services to you. We also sell or share personal information with marketing partners for advertising and other related services, as described in the next section.
4. Who we share it with
Your inquiry is shared with the buyers our system matches to your property so they can evaluate it and contact you — that sharing happens at your direction, as the service you requested. Your inquiry is also processed by service providers who host our infrastructure and deliver our communications. In addition, we sometimes sell or share personal information — including your contact and property details and identifiers collected through cookies and similar technologies — with marketing partners for advertising, including cross-context behavioral advertising, and other related services. Matched buyers and marketing partners are independent businesses; once your information reaches them, its use is also governed by their own practices.
5. Calls and text messages
If you opt in to SMS updates, you agree to receive calls and text messages — including automated and prerecorded messages — about your property inquiry from BuyerMatch.ai and your matched buyers at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or sale. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of SMS does not affect your matches — you'll still receive them by email.
6. Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time, and direct us to stop selling or sharing your personal information with marketing partners, through our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information form, which covers all of these requests. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising these rights. Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, which we honor upon verified request.
7. Data retention & security
We retain inquiry data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, and we protect it with industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
8. Children
The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and users under 18 are not permitted to submit inquiries. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
