Terms of Service

1. The service

BuyerMatch.ai is operated by System Strats Group LLC, doing business as BuyerMatch.ai ("BuyerMatch.ai," "we," "us"). BuyerMatch.ai is a marketing and matching platform that connects property sellers with independent third-party cash buyers. We are not a real estate brokerage, agent, lender, law firm, or property buyer. We do not represent you in any transaction, and we do not make, set, or guarantee any offer.

2. Eligibility and acceptance

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the service. By using the site or submitting a property inquiry, buyer application, referral registration, or any other form, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. No fees for sellers; how we're paid

Using the platform as a seller is free. Buyers in our network compensate us for introductions and platform access, and we may receive compensation from marketing partners in connection with information shared as described in our Privacy Policy. This compensation does not change the offers you receive, which are set solely by the buyers.

4. Offers and transactions

Any offer, contract, or closing occurs directly between you and a buyer. Offers are not guaranteed in amount, timing, or certainty of close. You are responsible for evaluating any offer, and we encourage you to consult a licensed attorney, tax professional, or financial advisor before accepting one.

5. Offer estimates

The platform may display an estimated offer range or property value for an address. Estimates are automated approximations generated from third-party market data and statistical models. An estimate is not an appraisal, broker price opinion, market analysis, or offer; it is not a promise that any buyer will make an offer at all or within any estimated range; and it may be inaccurate or unavailable for any property. Actual offers depend on each buyer's own evaluation, including property condition and needed repairs. Do not rely on an estimate in making financial decisions.

6. Your submissions

You agree that the information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to inquire about the property you submit. You grant us permission to share your inquiry with matched buyers, to share or sell information with marketing partners as described in our Privacy Policy, and to contact you about it, including by SMS if you opted in (reply STOP anytime to opt out). You are solely responsible for submissions made without authorization, including inquiries about a property you have no right to sell.

7. Buyer network participation

Buyers apply to join the network and must meet our verification requirements, including proof of funds. We may suspend or remove buyers at our sole discretion, including for misuse of seller information or failure to perform on accepted offers.

8. $500 review reward

We offer a $500 reward to sellers who (a) close the sale of a property to a buyer they were matched with through BuyerMatch.ai, and (b) provide a review of their experience with the platform. To claim it, contact us after closing with the property address and closing date; the reward is paid after we verify the closed sale with the matched buyer. The review must be truthful and reflect your genuine experience — the reward is the same whether your review is positive or negative, and it is never conditioned on favorable content. Reviews submitted under this program are compensated, and we may disclose that fact where the review appears. Limit one reward per closed sale, payable to the seller of record. The review reward is currently available only for sales of properties located in Florida. We may modify or discontinue the program at any time, but a modification will not affect a sale that closed before it.

9. $1,000 referral reward

We offer a $1,000 reward to a person who refers a seller to BuyerMatch.ai, payable when the referred seller closes the sale of a property to a buyer they were matched with through the platform. To participate, get your personal referral link at buyermatch.ai/refer — the link carries a unique referral code assigned to you (it contains no personal information and may be shared publicly). Referral credit is given only if the referred seller uses your referral link when submitting their property; the code is how their inquiry is connected to you, and a sale that cannot be connected to your link does not qualify. The reward is paid for the referral of the seller to our marketing platform, not for performing any real estate service, and is paid after we verify the closed sale with the matched buyer. Limit one referral reward per closed sale. It cannot be claimed by the seller of record, the purchasing buyer, or their agents, and referring your own property does not qualify. The referral reward is independent of the review reward in Section 8 — the same closed sale can earn the seller a review reward and the referrer a referral reward. The referral reward is currently available only for sales of properties located in Florida. We may modify or discontinue the program at any time, but a modification will not affect a sale that closed before it.

10. Realtor partner program

The realtor partner program is open to individuals who hold an active real estate license in good standing in the state where they practice. To participate, apply at buyermatch.ai/for-realtors. We verify each license against the issuing state’s registry and may decline, suspend, or remove any partner at our discretion. By applying you represent that your license is active and that your participation in this program is consistent with the obligations that apply to you as a licensee.

Once verified, a partner receives access to the partner portal at buyermatch.ai/partners, where properties are submitted while signed in. Partner credit is given only for a property submitted through the portal from your own account — your authenticated submission is how a property is connected to you, and a sale that cannot be connected to a submission of yours does not qualify. Unlike the referral reward in Section 9, the partner program does not use a shareable referral link or code. You are responsible for keeping access to the email address on your account, since anyone able to receive mail there can sign in as you. Referral compensation is earned only on a verified closed sale to a buyer the seller was matched with through the platform. It is never earned on a lead, an appointment, or an offer that does not close.

When you submit a property you represent that the seller has authorized you to share their property information and contact details with us for the purpose of obtaining offers, and that the information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge. We contact sellers directly about their property. We may decline, remove, or decline to pay on any submission made without that authorization, and access to the portal may be suspended or withdrawn at any time, including when a license is no longer active.

The amount of referral compensation varies by transaction and is not a fixed sum. We disclose the amount that applies in writing before you refer a seller, and that disclosed amount governs that referral. Compensation is paid for the referral of a seller to our marketing platform and not for performing any real estate brokerage service, and it is paid in the manner, and to the recipient, that applicable state law requires. You are responsible for any disclosure you owe to your client and for any taxes on amounts you receive.

Limit one partner referral payment per closed sale. It cannot be claimed by the seller of record, the purchasing buyer, or a party to the purchase, and referring your own property does not qualify. The same closed sale cannot earn both a partner referral payment under this section and the referral reward under Section 9. Nothing in this program creates an agency, employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship between you and BuyerMatch.ai: you do not represent us, and we do not represent you or your client in any transaction. The partner program is currently available only for sales of properties located in Florida. We may modify or discontinue the program at any time, but a modification will not affect a sale that closed before it.

Tools we make available to agents — including calculators and any document they generate — are provided for informational purposes only. They are not an appraisal, broker price opinion, market analysis, or offer, they rely on figures you enter, and they are subject to the disclaimers in Section 12. You are responsible for anything you present to a client using them.

11. Acceptable use and termination

You agree not to submit false or fraudulent information, impersonate another person, scrape or harvest data from the platform, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access to the service, decline any submission, or disqualify any reward claim obtained through fraud or a violation of these terms, at our discretion. Sections 5, 6, and 12 through 16 survive any termination.

12. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that any buyer will contact you or make an offer, or that any estimate is accurate. Nothing on this site is legal, financial, tax, or investment advice.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) BuyerMatch.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost value, or lost opportunities, arising from your use of the platform or from any transaction, communication, or dispute between you and a buyer, marketing partner, or other third party; (b) our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the service or these terms shall not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100); and (c) any claim must be brought within one year after it arises, or it is permanently barred. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BuyerMatch.ai and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your submissions (including any inquiry about a property you were not authorized to offer for sale), or your transactions or disputes with any buyer or other third party.

15. Dispute resolution — individual arbitration and class action waiver

Please read this section carefully — it affects your rights. Before filing a claim, you agree to first send us a written description of the dispute through our contact page and give us 60 days to resolve it informally. Any dispute that is not resolved informally and that arises out of or relates to the service or these terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, before a single arbitrator, in the State of Florida or remotely by videoconference at your election. You and BuyerMatch.ai each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action, class-wide arbitration, or any other representative proceeding. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by notifying us in writing within 30 days of first accepting these terms. If the class action waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular dispute, this entire arbitration section shall not apply to that dispute.

16. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any claim not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and BuyerMatch.ai regarding the service. We may update these terms from time to time; the date above reflects the latest revision, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Questions? Reach us through our contact page.
